A Recipe that will LEAF you Speechless...

It's finally FALL! That means what we can finally eat as much pumpkin as we want {without being judged}. If you're like us, and will gladly take any excuse to bring treats to the office, then you'll love this SUPER SIMPLE, MOIST, pumpkin cake recipe.

Cinderella Cake

Preheat oven to 350*

2 c. flour

2 c. white sugar

1 c. salted butter

15 oz of pumpkin (Or 17oz if you want a super moist cake.)

2 - 4 eggs (Depending on the texture you like. We use 4!)

1 tbs. cinnamon (But honestly, just sprinkle until your heart says stop...)

2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan for 45 minutes!

This cake is great by itself, but is also very tasty with cream cheese frosting or a cup of coffee.
